A weekend break away with the girls. Great service. We were given full access to all services. Given extra late checkout. The girls were offered access to games room later in the evening. Helpful and Generous. The beds were really good. Always hope when you stay away the beds will be worth the night away and we can say they were a delight to sleep in. Everything was set up in the room ready to enjoy.

Stayed here before, but every time I do, I love it. The convenience of the restaurant next door and very short drive to town square. The best breakfast delivered to my room that I've had in a long time. Good old avocado, tomato, feta and fried egg on toast. It was delicious! Highly recommend. We were also lucky enough to have a spa suite, which was utilised in the morning and before bed. So relaxing. Very clean and up to date decor. With the added bonus of walking to the restaurant only 5 to 10 steps away, allowing a cheeky drink or two. We also had dinner here, which was big and delicious. We will be back

Rooms are clean, comfortable and serviced to hotel standard. Friendly team, always happy to help. Good meals and a good wine selection. Great place to stay if passing through or visiting Sovereign Hill. Uber under $11 to train station. Highly recommend.

Stayed here over the weekend and was a absolute pleasure. The staff were wonderful, the location was great and close to everything. The pool area and spa were spot on and the restaurant was great to. We stayed in the "York house" and was definitely spacious enough for me, my partner and two kids. Will definitely stay again if im ever in the area.

Its a great place to have a good break in Ballarat. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Nice heated pool opens until 9.00PM. In good location and close to Sovereign Hill( 3mins drive). it was a nice 2 nights stay for my family.

Grate location rooms are Grate size really enjoying it so far. Pool for kids gym awesome spa Grate food just there can or food if you like to your room bar as well just good place a easy to fine tour way around..

Fantastic all rounder. Great rooms, restaurant next door with optional room service, gym, tennis court, games area and pool with spa and sauna. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Only stayed a night. Shower was piping hot and felt like a waterfall because of the showerhead design. Spacious enough but limited kitchen section - good enough for having cereal breakfast. Recommend eating at restaurant onsite for dinner. Reasonable prices compared to other local eateries. My child loved the playground in the restaurant section (open 10am - 8:30pm). I recmmend the vegetarian lasagne which came with a flavoursome salad.
